- Only 25 mins to city by tram number 70 and 75
(Tram stop very close to the apartment)
- Only 9 mins to city by train
- Only mins walk to Auburn Station or 2 mins by bus
- Close to Swinburne Uni., Glenferrie road, Post office and Camberwell shopping center
- Freshly painted bedroom with built in robes
- Fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment
- $135 pw (include unlimited internet bill and phone line rental ) for the first bigger room
- $125 pw for the second good-sized room
- 1 month bond
